Drs. Douglas D. Reynolds and Thomas C. Jetzer between them have over 70 years of experience in areas related to the engineering and medical aspects of human exposre to shock and vibration.

Douglas D. Reynolds, Ph.D. (President, ErgoAir, Inc.) has over 40 years experience in areas associated with engineering aspects of humand exposure to shock and vibration. He is recognized as both a U.S. and an internation expert in these areas. He is a Professof of Mechanical Engineering and Director of the Center for Mechanical & Environmental Systems Technology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Dr. Reynolds is Chair of the American National Standards Institue (ANSI) Worging Group S2.39, Human Exposure to Shock and Vibration. This working group is responsible for developing U.S. consensus standards that address many of the aspect of human exposure to shock and vibration and for reviewing and preparing the U.S. positions on votes regarding ISO standards that address human exposure to shock and vibration. He is Char of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to the International Stardards Organization (ISO) Technical Committee (TC) 108/Subcommittee (SC) 4, Human Exposure to Shock and Vibration. This subcommittee is responsible for developing internation standards that address areas associated with human exposure to shock and vibration. Dr. Reynolds is also the Chief U.S. Delegate to international meetings of ISO TC 108/SC 4. Dr. Reynolds has conducted extensive research in areas associated with human exposure to hand-arm vibration and to whole-body vibration. He has worked for the last 18 years in developing leading edge anti-vibration glove air bladder technology that meets the requirements of ISO 10819. He has worked the last 8 years in developing new leading edge seat air bladder technology that can be used to protect vehicle occupants from the hazardous effects of exposure to whole body shock and vibrartion.  READ MORE

Dr. Thomas C. Jetzer, M.D., M.P.H. (Medical Direction, ErgoAir, Inc.) has over 30 years experience in addressing areas associated with the medical aspects of human exposure to shock and vibration. Dr. Jetzer is the owner of Occupational Medical Consultants located in Minneapolis, MN, U.S.A.. He has extensive experience in areas associated with industrial medicine, aviation medicine, and sports medicine. Dr. Jetzer is a recognize authority in areas related to medical aspects associated with both hand-arm and whole body exposure to shock and vibration. He is one of the team doctors for the Minnesota Twins baseball team. Dr. Jetzer is a member of ANSI WG S2.39 and of the U.S. TAG to ISO TC 108/SC 4.
