The ErgoAir® AntiVib® air bladder technology is protected by patent nos. 5,144,708; 5,372,487; 5,537,688; 5,771,490; and 5,987,705. Others are pending. The AntiVib® air bladder technology is an entirely new precision-engineered concept in hand-arm vibration protection that uses a thin layer of air between the hand and a vibrating handle, hand tool, or work piece.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

ErgoAir® Air Paw® antivibration gloves are designed to be used in industrial applications where hand-arm vibration protection is needed. They reduce hand-arm vibration associated with vibrating hand-held tools. These tools include (but are not limited to):

Chipping hammers (all types), hand-held grinders (all types), scalars (all types), riveters, rivet busters, paving breakers, spike drivers, rock drills, jack-leg drills, hammer drills, backfill tampers, bench and floor tampers, reciprocating saws, chain saws, orbital sanders, nail guns, etc.

The Air Paw® antivibration gloves are designed to reduce hand-arm vibration associated with work practices that involve handling objects that expose the hands to continuous and impact vibration. These practices include (but are not limited to):

Grinding operations with table grinders, swagging, bucking, drop forging, etc.

ErgoAir® Air Paw® antivibration gloves are used in the following industries:

Foundry, electrical utility, gas utility, municipal utility, commercial building and housing construction, road and bridge construction, automotive assembly, automotive maintenance and repair, ship building, ship maintenance and repair, barge building, barge maintenance and repair, aircraft assembly, aircraft maintenance and repair, mining, etc.
